Ricardo Lamas has a new date set for a new opponent.

Ricardo Lamas looks to get his Featherweight career back on track after winning only 3 of his last 5 fights and suffering a loss in his last matchup to highly rated prospect, Max Holloway. Lamas was scheduled to fight BJ Penn and although the odds were highly in his favour, a win over a UFC legend like BJ Penn would have really gotten his name out there.

Charles Oliveira, who also suffered defeat in his last fight against ex-Lightweight Champion, Anthony Pettis, really has a lot to prove as he has come into criticism from fans who claim he doesn’t perform in fights against the bigger stars of his weight division.
Oliveira has recorded losses against Donald Cerrone, Frankie Edgar, Max Holloway and Anthony Pettis which backup the claims of the fans. Oliveira’s most credible win in the UFC came against Jeremy Stephens back in 2014 where he won by decision.
The card, which is headlined by Rafael Dos Anjos and Tony Ferguson, already has tonnes of talent on display and with the additions of Lamas and Oliveira, this card is a must watch and will feel like a warm up just one week before the iconic card of UFC 205.
Who will win? What do you think? Let us know in the comments.
