Veteran female bantamweight Liz Carmouche is out of her bout and will be replaced by UFC newcomer Gina Mazany.

Liz Carmouche was set to face off against Sara McMann at UFC Fight Night 105, February 18th. UFC officials confirmed that Carmouche is injured and will be replaced by TUF 18 cast member Gina Mazany.

Gina Mazany was first featured on UFC reality show “The Ultimate Fighter 18” but was beat by Julianna Pena in the elimination round. She now owns a professional record of 4-0-0 but has only competed once in over three years, at a regional show last May where she picked up a TKO victory over Katie Halley in the first round.

Sara McMann is a UFC vet with 7 fights under the banner and posting a 4-3 record with the UFC. She’s beaten top challengers such as Jessica Eye and Alexis Davis. She also owns an Olympic Silver medal in wrestling.

The female bantamweight bout between the two will take place February 18th, UFC Fight Night 105 at the Scotiabank Center in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The event will be headlined by heavyweight bout Travis Browne vs Derrick Lewis.
