The Ultimate Fighter 23 winner, Tatiana Suarez, is heading back into the octagon for the first time since her submission victory over Amanda Cooper, 5 months ago, at the TUF Finale.

Tatiana Suarez impressed in her time in the TUF house winning all 3 of her bouts with 2 of her wins coming by submission. Tatiana holds a 4-0 record in MMA and is already breaking records as she is the first and only UFC women’s Strawweight, to win via Brabo Choke.

In a press conference shortly after the TUF Finale, Claudia Gadelha was asked by a fan how soon does she think Tatiana Suarez would be ready for a potential title fight and she went on to say…

“Tatiana is one of the girls from the Ultimate Fighter that has a real game and she has a lot of talent, and she can get to the top.”

Tatiana Suarez will face-off against Juliana Lima, who has a current record of 2-2 with the UFC. Although the record doesn’t sound the best, Lima is coming off a decision loss to the former champion, Carla Esparza, showing she can compete with the best the UFC has to offer.

A must watch in the women’s Strawweight division as we could be witnessing the future of women’s MMA.
