Robbie Lawler vs. Donald Cerrone is back on for UFC 214

UFC 214 is just getting better and better…

One of the most anticipated fights of this summer has been confirmed to be back on. The bout between Robbie Lawler & Donald Cerrone was recently called off for UFC 213 due to Cerrone suffering from an undisclosed infection. The fight has now reportedly been rebooked for July 29th at UFC 214.

There was much disappointment when news circulated that Cerrone would not be able to compete but now many fans may be even happier to wait to add this bout to the already stacked UFC 214 card.

UFC 214‘s card is now looking better than ever with it also seeing the return of Jon Jones following his year-long suspension. Three titles will be on the line at the July event, the Light Heavyweight, the Women’s Featherweight and the Welterweight following the recent addition of Tyron Woodley vs Demian Maia.

The card will also see one of Dana White’s favorite prospects Sage Northcutt return to the Octagon following his loss to fellow UFC newcomer Mickey Gall.
