McGregor facing a lawsuit after UFC 202 press conference
McGregor set to face another fight outside of MMA.
Nearly a year in from the huge UFC 202. Reports claim that Conor McGregor is being sued. Incase you missed it, McGregor and Nate Diaz caused uproar by throwing bottles and cans at one another. This happened at the press conference before the fight.
Now a man known as William Pegg is said to be claiming he was struck by a can of monster. One that McGregor had apparently thrown. The “notorious” one has already paid off his fine to NSAC for the commotion.
He was fined $25,000 alongside having to do community service.
Pegg is claiming he was struck just below the shoulder and is wanting $95,000 dollars.
$5,000 of that is to go towards medical bills.
McGregor apparently made 15 million dollars for his second bout with Diaz. The lawsuit is reported to have been place on the 28th of March. McGregor’s lawyers have denied any liability on the MMA stars behalf.
