Floyd Mayweather books MGM Grand and begins training camp for Conor McGregor clash
The Conor McGregor–Floyd Mayweather rumor mill is turning again. Mayweather promotions have reportedly booked the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada for the 26th August which has sparked speculation that the super fight the whole world has been waiting for could happen sooner rather than later.
Conor McGregor took to social media earlier this week, sharing a photo of himself stating “Something BIG is coming” although it is unsure what he was referring too, it’s hard to imagine something bigger than Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather.
More fuel has been added to the fire as a picture of Floyd Mayweather in training has surfaced suggesting he has already begun his training camp in preparation for the super fight with UFC lightweight champion, Conor McGregor. The Notorious wasted no time in taking a shot at Mayweather on social media, sharing the photo of Floyd in training but referring to him as Floyd Mayweather Sr. in the photo caption, implying Mayweather is now old and his best years are behind him.
