Jordan Mein vs Belal Muhammad set for UFC 213

Fighters booked for International Fight Week on July 8th

UFC 213 has just added another fight to its Pay Per View card. This one coming in the Welterweight Division as Jordan Mein (29-11 MMA, 3-3 UFC) faces Belal Muhammad (11-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC). The event is set to take place during the UFC‘s annual “International Fight Week” at the T-Mobile Arena.

Jordan is desperately looking for a win after dropping two fights in a row the first loss being a TKO to Thiago Alves at UFC 183 and the second via a unanimous decision against Emil Meek at UFC 206 after nearly a two-year layoff. Muhammad is coming into this fight with a win after beating Randy Brown at UFC 208 back in February, that win came after he had previously been knocked out in just 72 seconds at UFC 205, against Vicente Luque.

UFC 213 is set to be headlined by a Women’s Bantamweight title fight as champion Amanda Nunes sets to defend her belt against top contender Valentina Shevchenko. The card takes place on July 8th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and also features an Interim Middleweight Title bout between top contenders Yoel Romero and Robert Whittaker, other fighters set to feature on the card are Donald Cerrone as he squares off against Robbie Lawler in a Welterweight contest, and Heavyweight Alistair Overeem battles it out with Fabricio Werdum.
