Following an incident at the UFC fighter’s retreat this past weekend in Las Vegas between UFC Strawweight Angela Magana (11-8 MMA, 0-2 UFC) and UFC Featherweight superstar Cristine Justino Cyborg (17-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC), which saw Cyborg confront and assault “Your Majesty” over the recent tweets made about Cyborg – Magana has sought legal advice and plans to sue Cyborg.
In an interview with TMZ Sports Magana is quoted as saying, when asked if she plans to sue “of course I have medical bills, I’m not going to pay those”, she goes on to further state that the district attorney plans to bring assault charges against Cyborg (who has already been cited for a misdemeanor). Magana also goes on to address those who accuse her of cyber bullying stating “You have to have some kind of mental dexterity to be a fighter, especially in this day and age with things like Twitter and social media. She gets what she has coming, She’s a cheater”
Magana then proceeded to speak directly to Cyborg stating “You F*****d up big time, you can’t do what you did. Now I’m going to get you as hard as I can get you”. Check out the video above for the full interview courtesy of TMZ Sports.
