Nunes now sits atop the women’s 135 pound division and finds herself with a slew of talented contenders eager to challenge for her belt, including the likes of Julianna Pena, Valentina Shevchenko, Raquel Pennington and Cat Zingano.
After Nunes‘ impressive victory, Zingano apparently decided to check out some photos of the belt on the champs twitter account, only to find she had been blocked by Nunes. Zingano then decided to call out Amanda in a tweet.

Meanwhile Zingano has gone 0-2 since defeating Amanda Nunes, first losing to Ronda Rousey in just 14 seconds at UFC 184, and then to Julianna Pena at UFC 200. But she does hold a win over the current champ and remains one of the toughest competitors in the division, so with a win or two she could potentially receive a shot at the title.
